Service
Service is an integral part in an academic's contributions to higher education. I believe academic service means using your skills, talents, and time to serve where you are most needed in your institution and community. As a graduate student, I have some excellent opportunities to serve, and I look forward to continuing to serve throughout my academic career.
Dequenesh Community Health
I serve as the Treasurer on the board of directors of this 501c(3) organization. I also perform statistical analyses when needed.

I've had the privilege of serving as the Committee Chair and Fundraising Coordinator of this conference event
Travel Grant Judge- GPSC
I served as a Judge for the Graduate and Professional Student Council's Travel Grants for fellow graduate students at the University of Arizona
Surveillance Volunteer
I served at the NCAA National Championship basketball game as a Surveillance Volunteer, partnering with Maricopa County health officials and Glendale Fire Department to provide public health surveillance in the arena
